Our services and severe weather
We endeavour to keep all our services running as normal
whatever the weather.
However, if there are particularly adverse conditions you can
check with us before travelling that the particular service you
wish to attend is open.
This is particularly advisable for outdoor activities including
our horticulture/conservation project (Creative Spaces) and
Friday football
Changes to our social support drop-in
Starting from the week beginning 2nd February our Monday
afternoon social support session will no longer be running.
We have had to make this difficult decision as a result of our
financial situation - our social support service has been
funded by our financial reserves since we lost the Council
contract a few years ago.
The revised times for the social support drop-in are now as
follows:
Wednesday, Thursday 12pm - 5pm; Saturday. Sunday 12pm to
6pm; women-only session Friday 12pm to 2-30pm.
Music group restarts
Our music group is back!
We have a new volunteer, Layla, to facilitate the group with
playing/jamming, composing, recording etc.
The group is located at our building in Faulkner Road (map
here) and will run from 2pm to 4pm every Thursday from the
5
th
February.
No previous experience necessary, all instruments are
provided or you can bring your own.
For more information, please contact our office.
